Payment Information

We offer a variety of convenient and secure payment methods to suit all clients, whether you’re planning a private party or coordinating a professional event:

Credit & Debit Cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.
Bank Transfers / ACH Payments: Ideal for professional planners or corporate bookings.
Corporate Invoicing: Available for city departments, businesses, or larger events requiring official invoicing.
Digital Wallets & Online Payments: Venmo, Cash App, and Apple Pay for fast, secure payments.
Cash Payments: Must be paid prior to setup on the day of the event.

Deposit & Payments:

A 25% deposit is required to secure your booking (non-refundable, but can be held for up to 3 months for rescheduling).
The remaining balance is due 3 days prior to the event, unless paying cash, which must be paid prior to setup.

We aim to make payment simple, transparent, and professional, so you can focus on planning a flawless foam-filled celebration.

Refund & Cancellation Policy:

We get it—plans change! Here’s how cancellations work for your foam-tastic event:

Deposit: Your deposit isn’t refundable, but don’t worry—it can be held for up to 3 months to use toward a future party.
Cancel 14 days or more before the party: Any remaining balance is fully refundable.
Cancel 3–13 days before the party: 50% of the remaining balance is refundable.
Cancel less than 3 days before the party: Unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund on the remaining balance, as our foam, staff, and setup are already reserved for your celebration.

We’ve designed this policy to be simple, fair, and stress-free, so you can focus on the fun without worrying about the “what ifs.”
