Our accepted payment methods include: Credit & Debit Cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. Bank Transfers / ACH Payments: Perfect for professional planners or corporate bookings. Corporate Invoicing: Available for city departments, businesses, or larger events that require official invoicing. Digital Wallets & Online Payments: Use Venmo, Cash App, and Apple Pay for fast, secure payments. Cash Payments: Must be settled prior to setup on the day of the event.
A 25% deposit is required to secure your foam party booking (non-refundable, but can be held for up to 3 months for rescheduling). The remaining balance is due 3 days prior to the event, unless paying cash, which must be paid prior to setup. We aim to provide clear event payment information to ensure a simple, transparent, and professional process, so you can focus on planning a flawless foam-filled celebration with our foam bash packages.
We understand—plans can change! Here’s the essential event payment information for your foam-tastic event:
Deposit: Your deposit isn’t refundable, but don’t worry—it can be held for up to 3 months to use toward a future party.
Cancel 14 days or more before the party: Any remaining balance is fully refundable.
Cancel 3–13 days before the party: 50% of the remaining balance is refundable.
Cancel less than 3 days before the party: Unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund on the remaining balance, as our foam, staff, and setup are already reserved for your celebration.
